General Manager
Nick is the General Manger at Summit Air Conditioning & Heating with over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He’s passionate about helping customers find the right comfort solutions for their homes and businesses. He enjoys meeting new people, building lasting relationships, and taking pride in solving even the toughest heating and cooling challenges.
Leo Cerna- RNC Manager
Leo has 10+ years of experience in the HVAC industry. He is currently the new construction manager; specializing in new construction, duct design, air balance & service.
Rich Foster- Project Manager
Rich has 6 years of HVAC experience specializing in project management, design, and consulting. US Navy veteran with a B.A. in psychology from Austin College in Sherman, TX.
Pete Castillo- Supply Chain Officer
Pete has 20 years of experience in management/maintenance. He has 6 years of experience in the HVAC industry, 4 of those years with Summit. He keeps the inventory stocked and ready to go for the technicians to be able to do their jobs efficiently.
Penny Lowrey- RNC Coordinator
Penny has 20+ years of experience in the HVAC industry working in the administrative side, having grown up in the industry. As the RCN Coordinator, she makes sure the new construction side of the business runs smoothly. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from TAMUCC.
Cassie Stanfield- Retail Coordinator
Cassie has been a customer service specialist for 8 years and has been with Summit for the last 3. She coordinates the teams HVAC services to make sure every appointment is smooth, professional and stress-free for the customers and technicians alike.
Leonard Pannek- Q.C. Technician
Leonard has 8 years experience in the HVAC trade, specializing in home comfort and performance. He is Summit’s quality control technician, making sure new construction and replacement jobs go as smooth as possible.
Cameron Wolf- RNC Technician
Cameron has 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He specializes in new construction, making sure the a/c systems in the houses that are brand new are top notch.
Eddie Saez- Installation Specialist
Eddie has 7 years of experience in the HVAC industry, specializing in replacing HVAC systems in existing homes. He’ll make sure that your new HVAC system is operating in the best way possible.
Michael Anderson- Service Technician
Michael has 15 + years of experience in the HVAC industry starting from high school. He’s been with Summit for 4 years, specializing in residential repair, keeping homes cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Matthew Stellato- General Manager (BCS)
Matthew has 6 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He is the general manager of the Bryan/College Station location. He services both the new construction side and the service side of the company.
Ernesto Mondragon- Installation Specialist
Ernesto has 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He specializes in replacing systems in existing homes. Keeping customers cool in the summer and warm in the wnter with their new HVAC system is what he strives for with every job he completes.

Paul White (Technician)
brings over 15 years of hands-on experience and a knack for solving tough problems. Known for his sharp troubleshooting skills and steady approach, Paul keeps things running smoothly no matter the challenge. Outside of work, he’s a devoted husband and proud dad to three sons, and when he’s not with them, you can usually find him out fishing.
Ben Johnson (Technician)
has more than 15 years of experience and a natural gift for listening and finding smart solutions. His calm, thoughtful approach makes him a trusted problem-solver and team player. Outside of work, Ben loves spending time outdoors and cherishes every moment with his four children, whom he absolutely adores.
Yoni Contreras (Technician)
brings 5 years of experience and a strong reputation for being thorough and dependable. He excels at installations and troubleshooting, always making sure every detail is handled right the first time. Outside of work, Yoni stays active, enjoys playing soccer, and loves spending time with his dogs.
Amber Mullinnex – Office Manager
Amber has been an integral part of Acme Air Conditioning for over 10 years, bringing dedication, organization, and a personal touch to every aspect of the office. As Office Manager, she ensures the team runs smoothly and that customers receive the excellent service they expect. Outside of work, Amber enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her four grown children. She values family, adventure, and making every day at Summit as welcoming and efficient as possible.
Brittany Plaschke (Dispatcher)
has been a valued dispatcher with the company since 2019. She enjoys connecting with customers and making sure they get the help they need. Outside of work, Brittany loves spending time with her two sons — whether it’s playing baseball, fishing, or enjoying outdoor adventures together. Family is very important to her, and she cherishes every moment they share.
Chuck Hineman
is the General Manager and managing partner, dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and solving problems efficiently. He brings leadership and commitment to every aspect of the business. He loves spending time outdoors and cherishes the moments he shares with his wife and two sons.
